Terms and Conditions

Once you complete a transaction, you automatically confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Terms and agreed-upon conditions are between you and the Art Verve Academy, for adminissions, administration, or behavior, visit the policy page.

What is Enrollment?

It refers to paying the total amount for an educational service event and guarantees that your seat is reserved.

First-come, first-served

Event erollment opens when we release the form via our website or advertise it in our monthly newsletter, we accept adult participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Should I Enroll Early?

Enrolling early is strongly encouraged, as some events fill quickly, and others may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment.

Late Joiners?

After the first session, late joiners must have the instructor's permission in writing before attending any educational event the Art Verve Academy offers.

Repeats

You are welcome to repeat any class, workshop, or event as often as you like, based on your interests or to build your skills.

What if I Can Not Enroll?

If an event is at total capacity and you arrive at the first session, you will be turned away without proof of payment.

Waitlist

If an event is full, you are welcome to join our waitlist. No fee or deposit is required. Click here to access the form. We will only notify you if a seat becomes available.

First-Come, First-Served

Openings are given on a first-come, first-served basis per the order each signed up on the waitlist.

What is Tuition?

It refers to the sum or total charged for an educational service event. Once the full amount is paid, you are enrolled.

How is Tuition Calculated?

The value may vary by the number of weekly sessions or hours offered for a one-session event.

Additional Fees

The tuition includes some consumable materials for experimentation in the studio. Additional fees include the cost of a live model or an entrance fee, which are clearly listed or itemized on the enrollment form.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard online via an encrypted service.

Google Pay

If you select "Google Pay," it will give you the option to submit a payment, using your account.

Checks or cash

We do accept paper checks or cash in person, however this option is exclusively avaliable to returning or regular students or learners.

Proof of Payment

Your electronic receipt is your proof of payment. Once a transaction is complete, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you provided on the form. Please whitelist us or add "info@artverve.org" to your contacts list.

Gift Cards

If using a prepaid gift card, please select the "other arrangements" option during your enrollment. We will contact you for the amount and send you an invoice with the remainder if needed.

Loyalty Rewards

If using the loyalty reward program, please select the "other arrangements" option during your enrollment. We will contact you for the amount and send you an invoice with the remainder if needed.

Need to Pay Us without a form?

Use our PayPalMe page and enter the payment amount.

If an unexpected event occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any event. We will issue a full refund to all enrolled including the following.

Insufficient Enrollment

Includes insufficient registration or enrollment.

Natural disasters

Include wildfires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, pandemics, or events outside our control.

Substitutions or Modifications

If an emergency occurs, we reserve the right to substitute another instructor, modify time slots, or change locations.

We will notify everyone as soon as possible if there are any changes or deviations from the advertised instructor, time, and location.

No Refunds

If you wish to withdraw for any reason, you forfeit the entire tuition after the first session begins, with no exceptions.

No Partial Refunds

No partial refund will be issued for no-shows, missed sessions for any reason, or absences due to illness, with no exceptions.

Full Refund

A full refund will be provided, if the request is in writing 3 days or 72 hours before the first session begins, using the "contact us" form.

Makeup Sessions

The instructor is not obligated and is under no obligation to provide makeup sessions for missed absences or no-shows.

Missed Sessions

If need to miss a session, please coordinate with your instructor to receive any handouts or notes. There is no obligation to provide handouts, information, or lecture presentations for the missed session, if you have yet to paid the full tuition.
